Refund Policy

Every 32BeatWriters shirt is printed to order just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size, so please check the size chart before you order.

If something went wrong on our end, we'll make it right:
- Defects, misprints, damage in transit, or the wrong item: email info@32beatwriters.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.
- Lost packages: if your order hasn't arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll reprint and reship it.
- Wrong address: if a package is returned because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout, we can reship it once the shipping cost is paid again.

Cancellations: orders can be canceled only before printing starts, usually within a few hours of ordering. Email info@32beatwriters.com as soon as possible.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually show up within 5-10 business days.
